One Compassionate Home Care, Inc. is a client-centered agency that has been delivering individualized care tailored to the needs of clients since 2020. We are a family owned agency that is licensed by the Illinois Department of Labor and Illinois Department of Public Health as a Non-medical Home Services Placement Agency.
In 2022, our care team obtained certifications from both the International and National Council of Dementia Practitioners which validate best practice guidelines set forth by local and federal aging institutions and/or organizations when providing care to clients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
